John C. (Jack) Zinda
Founding Partner
Jack is passionate about his work and treats every client's case as if it were his own. He has been selected three times as a "Rising Star" by the magazine Texas Monthly and is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates forum. Jack has handled cases dealing with several million dollars in assets involved as well as many cases involving complex litigation and complicated financial issues.
Jack Zinda was born in East Texas and is one of the two founding partners of Zinda & Davis, PLLC. Growing up his family owned several small businesses, which allowed him to have a firm grasp of many of the financial aspects that arise in litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jack received dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Business from the Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas; he went on to graduate from the Law School at Baylor University. While attending Southwestern, Jack played on the basketball team - an experience that left him with a strong work ethic and a competitive drive which serves his clients well.
When not practicing law, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Melissa and his son Jackson.
